A typically action packed edition of AEW Dynamite saw three championships on the line. But which one of those three changed hands?

AEW promised a typically strong episode of Dynamite this week with three title matches.

In the opening match of the night, Jon Moxley successfully defended his IWGP United States Championship against NJPW mainstay Yuji Nagata.

Later on the show, The Young Bucks defeated SCU to retain the AEW Tag Team Championship. As a result of their winning streak coming to an end, Frankie Kazarian and Christopher Daniels will now be forced to disband. The Young Bucks meanwhile will go on to face Jon Moxley and Eddie Kingston on Sunday 30th May.

With two successful title matches, the main event of Dynamite saw Darby Allin put the TNT Championship on the line against Miro.

In a sign of confidence, Miro came to the ring with the TNT Championship logo emblazoned on his red tights.

In a slightly surprising result, The Best Man became the new champion with a clean submission victory.

After the match, Allin and Sting (who was at ringside for the match) were attached by Ethan Page and Scorpio Sky whilst the new champion was confronted and challenged by Lance Archer and his manager Jake ‘The Snake’ Roberts?

Will this set up two new matches for Double Or Nothing?

Miro’s victory comes just two weeks after he split from his partner Kip Sabian after brutally attacking the Brit. Clearly AEW are ready to give the Bulgarian the singles push that most fans expected when he joined the company almost a year ago.
