Report: WWE Change Planned Date For Elimination Chamber Pay-Per-View

It seems there is even more disruption to WWE’s original dates for WWE, with Elimination Chamber taking a surprising move.

Elimination Chamber

It’s no surprise schedules are so up in the air given the global pandemic.

Indeed, there are recent developments as to when and where WrestleMania will take place.

According to the latest reports, that’s not the only change to the plans for the next few months.

Mike Johnson of Pro Wrestling Insider is reporting that Elimination Chamber will take place on Sunday, 21st February.

This is a week earlier than it was originally planned, and therefore moves it closer to the Royal Rumble.

It’s certainly unlikely WWE would add in another major show before ‘The Showcase Of The Immortals’.

In the same breath, it does confuse the situation somewhat if the company are looking to leave so much time between Elimination Chamber and WrestleMania.

Hopefully this is purely a base logistics change, and not something which makes a major difference to the overall schedule and planning.
