McIntyre Suffers Four On One Attack On WWE Raw, Styles Raises WWE Title

AJ Styles got one up on the WWE Champion last night on Raw, holding the title belt ahead of TLC this coming Sunday.

In the final edition of WWE Raw before this Sunday’s TLC pay-per-view, AJ Styles got one up on Drew McIntyre.

Having ‘slayed the dragon’ (or rather John Morrison in a kilt) the WWE Champion confronted Styles in the ring.

The numbers game came in to play straight away with Miz and Morrison trying to attack, but this led to both getting hit with a claymore.

McIntyre then looked to hit one on The Phenomenal One, but Omos threw the ring steps into the ring.

This distracted the WWE Champion enough for Styles to hit a chop block to the knee, followed by a phenomenal forearm.

Styles followed this up by setting up a table in the ring, and jumping off a ladder with an elbow drop to put McIntyre through it.

With McIntyre down, Styles returned to the top of the ladder to retrieve the WWE Championship, holding it up symbolically ahead of TLC.

Will Styles be raising the title officially this Sunday at TLC? We have all the details of the event here.
