New Japan Pro Wrestling announced today that Juice Robinson would face KENTA at next month’s Wrestle Kingdom event.

Mere hours later it was announced that the match was off due to Robinson being pulled from the event due to a fractured orbital bone.

The company will name a replacement opponent for KENTA in due course.

Wrestle Kingdom will again take place over two nights on Monday 4th and Tuesday 5th January.

Night 1 will be headlined by Tetsuya Naito defending his IWGP Heavyweight and Intercontinental Championships against Kota Ibushi. The winner of that match will place both titles on the line against Jay White in the main event on night two.
