Five of the seven matches on WWE WrestleMania 37 had championship belts on the line.

Here, we take a look at those which have new owners coming out of ‘The Show Of Shows’.

The first change came in brutal fashion, as Sheamus left Raymond James Stadium as the United States Champion.

As Riddle went for a springboard moonsault, ‘The Celtic Warrior’ hit a massive brogue kick to Riddle’s face which split his lip wide open and was enough for Sheamus to get the three count.

It wasn’t long before we got the next change, but it came in unexpected fashion.

In the Intercontinental Title ‘Nigerian Drum Match’ between Big E and Apollo Crews, it looked like Big E had the victory in the back before an unexpected appearance from Crews’ new general… we assume that’s who it is, anyway.

For those who recognised the face, we’ve seen him before on Raw Underground and in the Greatest Royal Rumble. Either way, his interference was enough for Crews to walk away Intercontinental Champion.

The next title match up was Asuka defending the Raw Women’s Championship against Rhea Ripley.

This probably had a bit more of the “big fight feel” than its predecessors on the card, and included some brutal moves including this DDT off the apron to the floor.

The Nightmare managed to rally, and eventually hit the riptide to prove she was ready for Asuka and leave with the belt.

Many expected the Universal Championship to change hands in the triple-threat main event, but Roman Reigns managed to retain over Daniel Bryan and Edge.

So to answer the question – three of the five titles on the line at WWE WrestleMania 37 changed hands.
