It looks like yesterday was a Happy Miro Day all round in AEW.

As well as the headline grabbing debut of the newly christened ‘Best Man’, AEW hit the jackpot in the ratings with over one million viewers recorded for the first time since October 16th 2019.

AEW ran unopposed with NXT again taking place on Tuesday and the show took full advantage with its improvement in the ratings.

In the much coveted 18-49 demographic, Dynamite scored a 0.37 rating, their second highest of the year.

It will be fascinating to see how the return of direct competiton affects Dynamite’s numbers. Depending on the outcomes of NBA Playoff games, that renewal of the rivalry could take place this week. If the NBA play on Wednesday, AEW will move their prorogam to Thursday, delaying the return of head to head competition for a week.
